Osteria Del Mondo Restaurant

After almost 17 years in the Knickerbocker Hotel, Osteria del Mondo has closed its doors, with plans to reopen in 2012 in a location closer to downtown Milwaukee

Since 1994 Osteria, operated by Marc and Marta Bianchini, was recognized by critics as the place to go for Italian.

Osteria has consistently ranked in the Top 30 Restaurants, 16 years running. Osteria's most recent accolades include being named as one of the "Top 25 Restaurants in a hotel in the Country" by Zagat, as seen in the New York Times, December 2010.
